Information on the personal data protection
According to Law no.677/2001 on the protection of people regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of this data, modified and completed, and to Law no. 506/2004 on processing personal data and the protection of private life in electronic communication sector, the Administrator of the Site will administer safely and only for specified purposes, the personal data provided by the Users. We inform you that the personal data the Users provide to the Administrator of the Site is processed in order to offer the Service in optimal conditions. The Users understand and accept the fact that the personal data they provide is processed so that the Administrator can offer, to its best, services online, services which aim at:
- sending informative materials;
- offering commercials in its own system or by third parties;
- marketing and publicity.
The information recorded is meant to be used by the operator and it is communicated only to specific persons or to individuals and legal entities which process it in the name of the operator.
According to Law no. 677/2001, every User benefits from the right to access, to intervene on the data, to not be subject to an individual decision and to take things into justice.
At the same time, every User has the right to be against processing personal data and to ask for deleting it. The Users understand and accept that deleting their personal data will be followed by the deleting of their account in the system and by the impossibility to access the Service offered by the Administrator of the Site.
